WHERE IS THE SURGERY PERFORMED?

Many of these procedures can be performed as an outpatient.  Some can be done under local anesthesia in our office, while those that require a higher level of anesthesia are performed in the operating suites at UMC.  This allows for the safest anesthetic care under the guidance of dedicated professionals.  Charges for the use of the operating suites and anesthesia personnel are competitive with those often seen in an office setting, but with the added safety of a formal hospital setting.  Arrangements can also be made for those who desire an overnight stay after their procedure at UMC.
